Belle’s story reminds us why rescue matters so much. Belle was living in a feral colony while heavily pregnant, and we agreed to have her transported to our rescue on the afternoon of 2/25/26. But Belle had other plans 😄 — that very morning, she gave birth to 4 beautiful kittens before she could even make the trip! Despite where she came from, Belle turned out to be the absolute sweetest cat. She is gentle, loving, and so grateful for affection. Her dark gray fur is unbelievably soft, and her bright green eyes are absolutely piercing — the kind that look right into your soul. Belle has been a wonderful mama to her babies, and now she’s learning what it means to be safe, loved, and cared for. It’s hard to believe such a sweet, affectionate cat once had to survive outside on her own. We are so thankful Belle and her kittens got their second chance.
