Meet Savannah — From an Aldi Parking Lot to a Loving Foster Home! Savannah is ready to find the patient, loving family she deserves. Born: Approximately March 15, 2026 Breed: Fluffy tabby/Part Maine Coon Personality: Shy, gentle, sweet & playful with other cats Savannah’s story started in an unlikely place, an Aldi parking lot. The Dancing Goat Farm/Charley’s Kitty Rescue owner, Pam, spotted this beautiful fluffy girl running around the parking lot. She went back with a trap, safely caught Savannah, and brought her to the Kitty Rescue Cottage. Savannah was very, very shy and easily frightened by loud noises, so we quickly realized that the busy rescue cottage wasn’t the best place for her. One of our wonderful volunteers took Savannah home to foster her in a quieter environment. And that’s where Savannah began to blossom. With patience, kindness and one-on-one attention, this once-frightened parking-lot kitten has discovered how wonderful life indoors can be. Savannah now loves to nap beside her foster mom, enjoys gentle attention, and absolutely loves playing with the other cats in her foster home. She is still a shy girl and can be skittish around loud noises, so Savannah needs a home that understands that trust takes time. Give her the chance to settle in at her own pace, and you’ll get to watch her sweet personality emerge. Look at those gorgeous eyes, fluffy tail and ear tufts! 😻 She really is a beautiful little kitty. Savannah is spayed, FVRCP vaccinated, 1 year rabies vaccinated. FIV/FeLV negative, microchipped.
